see all reviewsClass - This was my first time doing a twerk class and it was a very new expierence. We did sufficient warmups before following a choreo for the lesson. This session just happens to be brazilian twerk which includes more technique. As a complete newbie i found it hard to keep up but the style varies between weeks so this might be just bad timing on my part. Instrcutor - Fee was amazing! Strong, gorgeous and energetic she never fails to make you laugh. She was absolutely the best part of the class. I really enjoyed the afterclass self love session (optional) and I went home from this class feeling content. Space - the lesson is held in a classroom with poles but this does not affect the twerk lesson.

It was only about 5 seconds but it gave me hope that this is achievable✨and it’s thanks to all the warmup exercises and other balances we did (crow pose, headstand, assisted handstand) with clear instructions and subtle corrections that really helped me to find balance.
