Sindy is so clear with directions and bestows this sense of discipline which I really loved. My attention rarely shifted from my breath or body the whole class and I really do think that’s a sign of a great teacher and a well led class. Can’t wait to go back, hope she does more evening classes at mission in the future

see all reviewsFinally tried the legendary Barry’s on my visit to London. I didn’t realise it would be so brutal and as someone who works out regularly, I died (in a good way). This location was lovely and spacious. The changing room was big and clean with great amenities. The service was also good from reception to the trainer. As a first timer I also got a complementary protein shake which was a nice touch.

This class was fun and challenging at the same time, Matt read the room and the energy and this was one of the best classes I’ve ever done. His supportive words ring true and couldn’t have come at a better time and made me quite emotional.
