Appreciate that she provided a range of options to ensure you’re as challenged as you wish. Only quibble is that there are too many reformer beds in such a small room. see all reviewsToday’s practice with Niamh was exceptional, from the welcome by the teacher thru the beautifull setting of the room, surrounded with candles and huge natural light coming from the windows. The practice was full on with the teacher and the flow was easy to follow but in same way challenging a bit aswell, we finished with a singing bowl and beautifull song. I highly recommend it. Thank you Niamh to have shared and lead us in the today’s practice
