I’ve never been into working out so this really helped me push myself. The instructor also gave out super helpful pointers for my form when he saw I was struggling. Overall, a tougher workout for beginners but it was worth it and the community seemed great. I am definitely looking forward to coming back!

Apparently, M/T workouts are upper body & W/Th are lower body days. She starts class with a full walkthrough of the 3 circuits, each with 3 excercises of their own. There's a whiteboard with each exercise to help remind us of what comes next. Since the classes are capped at 10 people, Mistie was able to help each of us with our form & modifications throughout which as a complete beginner, I needed a lot of. I even learned to roll the muscles we worked after!

We did warm up and cool down which is a plus for me. The only negative was I felt a little pressured to not use my Classpass membership to attend classes as I was asked about signing up for their membership multiple times during and after class. I was also asked if I would join the gym without Classpass. I don’t mind being asked about membership but it was a bit much to keep bringing up my Classpass.
