SCULPT45
see all reviewsI’ve never been to any of Hayley’s classes before and apparently she was a sub?? Which is so surprising because that was my favorite SCULPT45 class I’ve ever taken! I’ve maybe taken ~10-15 classes and that was by far my fav due to the way she coached/instructed, the workout itself, AND the playlist! Best playlist so far. Thanks for a great workout and start to my day, Hayley!

see all reviewsGabrielle is one of the best Pilates instructors in Dallas. What sets her apart is her elegance in traditional Pilates training and her attention to detail in each client. It is a pleasure for me to attend her sessions as she is very patient and intentional with her teachings. I recommend her class at R1, as it is also heated and will give you a sweat along with a great burn. Expect to be sculpted, uplifted and walking out a little taller from the studio.

see all reviewsWhat a gem. The studio has the ambiance of a cute boutique, but is spacious with showers, changing areas, and a large studio with a wall of windows to practice. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the other students were kind and inclusive. The 2 hour master class I attended was challenging, incorporating both Bikram and Ashtanga poses and transitions. Anthony was a warm instructor and I very much enjoyed my time here. if I wasn't from out of town visiting, I'd definitely return.

Yoga is helping tremendously. I've always been type A and my workouts have been running, hiit, spin and weights. I am learning to exercise differently as I'm in my 50s and "going hard" no longer serves me, mentally or physically. Kate's class is a great, challenging workout!

Some of the moves were started before we had enough time to finish another set so I felt like everyone is class was lost and during their own thing. But it was still a good workout and I enjoyed it. I'll be back but don't expect the high-pace intensity or choreography that you see at Shine Hot in Dallas.

The singing bowls at the end of class was a nice touch, too! Chris' instruction was well paced and at an appropriate level for what is meant to be one of GaiaFlow's introductory level classes. I have loved GaiaFlow for years, and classes like this one are why!

see all reviewsLadies, I came in this class, not knowing what to expect. I felt so heavy today and literally driving. I heard the word soundbath. I looked it up on TikTok what it meant and immediately booked a sound bath class and it was here. The instructor even said that she felt the heaviness with each one of us in the room, but it immediately was washed away. All I can say is this is the class we have to human being take time for ourselves. It’s imperative to meditate and have solutions of healing from within. You will be blown away by the beauty of this place the gentleness of the instructor. And just the piece that you will have after you leave their space.
