My only issue is that I booked the class at 8PM through class pass and when I turned up at 7:45PM, they advised that actually the class wasn't at 8PM - there was one at 7:30PM and 8:30PM. I was given the option of jumping into the class which had already started 15 minutes before, which I took so that I didn't have to wait another 45 minutes for the next class, but it does mean that I didn't get the full time. Staff at the club were really friendly and helpful!
