The women-only set up also just makes the vibe much more relaxed. Prescillia brings light, upbeat energy and empowers you to challenge yourself, while still respecting any mobility constraints. She is also patient and helpful with lifting form. The class provides the perfect opportunity to build total-body strength and cardio health. The studio itself is in a basement and quite dark. The shower and locker room facilities could use some love.
