It was pretty challenging, there were things I had to tap out of but Lauren did a good job of offering modifications most of the time. Gorgeous space too. This studio is a little out of my way but the trek was so worth it. I’ll be back!

By the end of the class I was dripping in sweat 🥵 I would warn people that are new to weight training. This class is HARD and a little bit of weight training knowledge is beneficial before going into the class.

While it’s not always the best workout/ not very high intensity it’s so fun and Lindsey had great energy. Please give it a try as the more folks the better! I hope it grows!

The instructor Gloria really made sure we understood what we were doing and came around to correct our form. Just know this isn’t an intense workout, more for fun as her breaking down the moves (which is helpful!) doesn’t really allow heart rate to stay consistently high. I wish this class was offered more often and a bit amped up for better workout but still, a great mood boost!
