    Yoga Sculpt (Full Body)

This was a great class! Very challenging in all the right ways. Thank you Lauren 🩵 I also want to mention to whoever is running the ClassPass profile — YogaBox’s responses to reviews are so clearly AI generated, which comes across (to me) as fake/ingenuine. And it’s also really bad for the environment!! Just wanted to share that, but take it or leave it :)

OBLIQUES & CHEEKS Sculpt Full Body

I took Mila’s 5am Obliques and Cheeks class and Mila is such a great instructor. I’m really new to reformer Pilates and while the class was hard and challenging, Mila knows excellent form and helped correct me so that I would get the most out of my workout. I felt comfortable and confident in the class and the studio is clean and welcoming!

    INA SCULPT 80-90 Degrees

Aly continues to be one of the best instructors in Chicago. If you get a chance to take her class, run don’t walk. Her ability to build a fun, butt-kicking hybrid of yoga flow and sculpt with weights? Perfect every time. You leave with a big calorie burn while feeling stronger than before. And she leaves time for proper cooldown which so many teachers don’t remember to do. Not to mention, Ina’s cold cloths with lavender and lemon infused in them that Aly places on your forehead while in shavasana is the chef’s kiss. I’ll be back again next week. I’m hooked.

    Y6 Hot

Erica was a great instructor! With it being my first hot yoga session, she helped me with my form so I was making the most out of my movements. I also appreciated her sense of humor. The studio is nice and has really cool lights that are in sync with the flow. Would def come back!

    dans | haus

This is the best dance cardio class in Chicago. The energy from the instructor and attendees is so welcoming and positive, and the playlist is unbeatable. Keep in mind there is zero breakdown of the routine- you just follow along as best you can but don’t worry, you’ll have fun and SWEAT even if you’re just vibing.

Daniel does that intangible instructor thing where he creates the calmest and safest space to practice and you feel seen and challenged. His energy, demeanor, and pace was exactly what I needed to start this frigid morning.

    VI Peel

The staff was very friendly and immediately offered me coffee or tea and then completed a complimentary skin assessment. I then was taken to do the VI peel and was asked repeatedly my pain level on a scale of 1-10. I had done other more gentle peels before but this one was stronger. I love the results after the initial peeling! Such a professional spa. 10/10 recommend
