    Class was the right type of challenging. It was easy to keep up with the instructor and he did a good job of explaining the next move. I think with more classes i could get used to the movements and perfect my form. HEADS UP: you do need sticky socks for the class. I looked in advance and i didn’t see mention of sticky socks so i had to buy some at the studio for $5.
