    Werq

This was a fun class that went by quickly! Great music and even though I had a few awkward moments of trying to capture the moves, I never felt judged and you can do modifications or just keep moving your feet. Krista was friendly and great! If you’re just getting back to working out like me or a newbie, you’ll be fine, try it!

Wow this place is next level! I was telling my friends after about how nice the studio was. I’d describe it as a boutique fitness center and they really have all the wellness necessities & more! Wish membership was more affordable so I could relax and work out there

    Aerial Hoop Beginner

This was my first aerial hoop class! I’ve never done anything aerial, never done pole, and have no kind of experience with this hoop stuff! I take dance classes and yoga too so I’m used to exercise classes. The beginning warmup was nothing I’m not used to. The actual hoop work was definitely hard, but the teacher gave me an easier option for everything that she was teaching the other more experienced people. This made it feasible for me to take the class and feel like I got something out of it. I was able to do a couple little tricks, and I feel like I will probably take another hoop class and try again. My upper body is sore, but I knew that would happen.

    Sculpt 60 (In-Person and Livestream)

Lauren’s class was hard work but she made it super fun and engaging, offering modifications and corrections along the way which I appreciated as a new client so I could get the most out of it. The other people in the class were also very welcoming. There’s a great vibe with this tribe. I’ll be back!

    (In-Studio) Slow & Wild Release

This was the best thing I’ve done for myself in the name of self care in a long long time. Kris is the sweetest human with the biggest heart and this studio is unlike any other. It’s hard to even explain the whole experience- the aromatherapy, the music, the soft lighting, the sensory mats- just being there is a calming experience. The stretches were deep and intentional and helped release so much emotion and tension in this safe space she’s created. I’m telling you, it’s better than therapy!! 10/10, all the stars, all the thumbs ups- it’s a yes from me. DO IT!! Trust the experience and go. It’s incredible!!
