see all reviewsIncredible class! I really liked the lesson format. We introduced ourselves so the instructor could get familiar with our levels. There was a warm up and some conditioning. Then we learned tricks/spins. They were built/stacked on each other until it made a combination. I really appreciated that because I have a difficult time transitioning between steps and knowing how to put steps into a routine. The instructor was very friendly and made an effort to learn everyone’s name. She circled around the room to give individual attention. I’ll definitely be back, thank you!

see all reviews1st barre class, 1st heated class, & 1st class at this studio & it was great! Kerrie was nice, welcoming, & a great teacher. She encouraged us to push ourselves but to also listen to our body and know when we needed to take a moment. I don’t do a lot of cardio and found this class to be challenging but doable. The cold towel at the end was amazing. Playlist was great. We worked out every part of our body. I was worried about taking a heated class but it wasn’t bad at all. The temperature was just warm enough. My feedback would be to add more bars (maybe rolling ones since there isn’t a ton of empty wall space) because it did feel like everyone was very close together & to ask everyone to wipe down the props/items used at the end.

The challenge is getting around the hoop and remembering the correct sequence and correct side. The hoops are of different sizes and heights so I think it’s ok to have couple more people than hoops because everyone moves around and try different hoops.

see all reviewsThis class was insane! (In a good way) 😂 The warm-up itself was hardcore. It was the most conditioning I’ve done in years, maybe ever 😬. The other students were very friendly and sweet. The instructor was fantastic— she gave different tricks to different students according to their level. You can tell she really wants you to be the best you can be 💎 . She gave so much individualized attention to everyone, she is very kind. And boy, she is STRONG. I was clearly much heavier than her, but I didn’t feel worried about falling if she was spotting. The class was very patient with me even though I’m a beginner level, and everyone else was advanced. I took the prerequisite that is mentioned in the description (3 intro classes), but I still felt guilty for bringing the class down level-wise. However, I keep learning the same tricks in beginner classes, so it’s been difficult finding a beginner class that progresses beyond the basics (chair spin, knee spin, fireman, etc). I would definitely attend this class again because it will undoubtedly make me stronger, but I don’t want to slow the class down/take time away from the other students. So I might work on my core and arm strength first before returning. Thank you so much, the class was very inspirational~! 🌟

She also did some of the exercises with us which helped. Since I have hip problems she gave me some modified exercises and always checked on me to make sure I was okay. The studio is in a large space and can fit quite a few people. Mats and accessories included. The studio is located in a big brown medical looking building and has no large sign outside except on the door. There is plenty of parking (I went at 6pm) and they were very forgiving about being slightly late. Just make sure to get there early to sign the waiver form (takes a minute or less to fill out). Music was nice and relaxing. For mat Pilates we did a lot of abs and glute exercises. Will definitely come again!

see all reviewsThe instructor was really patient and nice. I have two left feet and am sooo uncoordinated lol so it was tough for me, but after stretching she had us learn a routine really slowly step by step. At the end she played some music that was slow paced for us to try the routine out and in the end it was a lot of fun. Try not to overthink the moves and also be careful! I kinda twisted my wrist the wrong way so it hurts slightly but its ok its just me being really bad at choreographed dance and having no coordination lol. But it was only me and 1 other girl in the class which was nice. I didnt feel judged or uncomfortable at all. Would definitely try again. The studio provided mats for our stretches and you can do everything barefoot. At the end when she let us try the routine with the music she gave us dance heels to do it in which was nice. Would recommend!
