see all reviewsI really enjoyed this small and intimate Sunday morning Hatha Flow with Lucy. The perfect way to unwind and ease into the weekend with Lucy’s calm and soothing voice. The guided meditation at the end of the class was also great as was Lucy’s assistance in correcting form and technique where needed. I will be back!
