    Flow.

    The studio was large and absolutely beautiful. Staff were also friendly and welcoming. Meredith was a great instructor, fully explaining each pose and giving modifications to make flow easier/more challenging. The only critique I have is the size of the class; they should definitely cap the class at a few less people so we can at least have arms length distance from the next person.

    I love Ivo’s cycling class so much that rain, sleet, snow, or sun- I’ll travel to take his class. Call me Carole King because I’ll be there.     Probably one of my favorite yoga classes I’ve ever taken! Alexandra had great energy and the class (Yoga Sculpt) was a perfect mix of movements to get your heart rate up mixed with traditional yoga stretches. I definitely felt centered and fulfilled when I left.

    Hannah's classes are always fun and unique. she incorporates a power flow routine and she introduces new postures in each class. Recently, she has been including an arm balancing series that is challenging but fun and doable with practice. Highly recommend! It's unfortunate that I'm moving otherwise this would be my regular Tuesday morning class.

    I had so much fun and it was a perfect class for a beginner! Natalie was so welcoming and created a positive atmosphere. She spent time helping each individual complete the moves. One move was particularly challenging for me, and Natalie celebrated in my success like it was her own when I mastered it. She also did a positive affirmations exercise at the end of class which I loved.
