INFERNO HOT PILATES
see all reviewsMarlee was a great instructor and the class was the perfect level of challenging with great modification options. Great cues, positive, motivating, and encouraging. It was my first time taking her class and she took care to remember my name, helped fix my form, and was very welcoming and kind. Class was hot but your body adjusts to it quickly. You work up a great sweat!
BREATHE Cambridge is a hot yoga studio offering yoga, pilates and HIIT classes. …Flow.
see all reviewsVery gentle and great for beginners, though a little familiarity with poses is helpful for when the instructor gives time during class for you to do your own thing for a few minutes. A more spiritual style of instruction (based on things the instructor would say, incense, music, dimming the lights) rather than one that's very fitness/strength oriented. I really appreciated that the instructor led us through a wide mix of poses... I dread yoga classes that are almost exclusively mat work, as my wrists get very sore. I didn't have that issue at all in this class. The instructor was also great at explaining poses and giving options/modifications. I felt very comfortable in the class despite my limited yoga experience.

see all reviewsI loved this class and it flew by! My first class ever here and it was the perfect temp, not too hot (80-90deg). It was a work out, but no random cardio bursts. I loved that we flowed breath to movement throughout. Perfect start to the week.

see all reviewsIt's always a pleasure taking Hatha yoga classes at Instrumental Yoga with Brian. Instrumental Yoga is the only studio in the Boston area that offers what was formerly known as Bikram Yoga at a much more reasonable 80°F—these are their "Hatha - 26&2" classes. It's refreshing to be able to continue to practice the excellent traditional 26-posture sequence in a pleasant space that keeps you warm but doesn't make you feel lightheaded during class. It's best to come prepared to class already wearing your yoga clothes since the changing area/bathroom is in a separate part of the building, but everything about class is always a pleasure. Thanks again for a great class!

see all reviewsReally warm, thoughtful space. I ended up going to the Heart of Recovery class on Monday evening, but wished there were more structured details on ClassPass. Love that this is 0 credits, and adored the poem in the beginning, and community meditation. I think I'll look into if they have guided meditations next.

see all reviewsReally great class. Derric is very welcoming and made it easy for me being new to a group meditation class. The meditation itself is ~40-45 minutes which sounded long at first but it allowed such a deep sense of connection with your body which was much needed after a long week. I felt so peaceful and happy afterward. Would definitely recommend even if you’re newer to meditation!
