Power Flow 60- Bethesda
see all reviewsIf you’re going to try Soul Fire, I can’t recommend Anna’s classes enough! Her music is the perfect mix of new hits and classics—from Dom Dolla to Marvin Gaye—and it’s always amazing. The classes at Soul Fire often have themes, but some instructors’ themes can feel a bit heavy, and I’ve left other classes feeling kind of down. That’s never the case with Anna’s classes! I always leave feeling relaxed, happy, and surrounded by good vibes. Her flows are challenging but still easy to follow. She’s the best! 🫶

see all reviewsThis is a great beginner class. Bill really breaks down the form of Tai Chi. It is slow paced and requires focus! I also love the studio and the owner, Carol. She is such a bright spirit and creates a welcoming environment. 10/10 recommend this studio!!!
