    Definitely the hardest class I’ve taken at Mighty, felt more advanced than others. That said, Britt’s cues are super clear and she was encouraging. Helped with corrections/form. I’d take her class again!

    Mixed Level Reformer

    Shannon is one of the best pilates instructors I have ever had. The studio is gorgeous, welcoming, with top notch equipment. I used to do pilates in LA, and have tried to find that level of quality and challenge in the East Bay. Shannon led a very organized flow, with many options to make moves easier or harder. She clearly is super experienced and knowledgable. There was a total beginner who got great guidance, while ensuring a solid workout for more advanced students. The studio is brand new and well decorated. I am excited to have found this studio close to my home!

    OBLIQUES & CHEEKS fullbody sculpt

    Very challenging class, but it felt great! Instructor was clear and encouraging, hopping onto a reformer to show us the exercises. I love that it’s only 40 minutes so even when it feels too hard you know it’s not going to last forever. My one thing is I’d prefer if the class was slightly longer to included some guided stretching after, but I figured there might not be with how short the class is when I signed up. But it is nice that the instructor encourages you to stretch on your own after class and isn’t rushing anyone out of the studio. Will definitely be back!
