She made sure to tailor her instructions with small fixes so you can modify your body positioning right when you are starting the move, rather than correcting when something doesn’t feel right. The owner immediately greeted me and asked about any injuries, and the instructor did a great job about making sure everyone’s form was on point. The owner also gave me some great resources related to my own injury and desire to return to running. One of the regulars introduced herself right off the bat since I had never been before, which was so nice! It seems like they have created a strong community. And of course the class gave me a solid workout! Beginner-friendly but easy for more advanced people to push themselves. I also liked that they tape out sections on the floor for people to space out! It makes it much easier to not encroach on other people’s space.

As I am a beginner I did struggle quite a bit but she made me feel confident throughout the class assisting me with my postures. The temperature of the room was amazing as it wasn’t too hot where I was concerned of any sort of problems which I really enjoyed. The staff were also very kind and helpful. Overall for it being my first yoga class I really enjoyed it I would definitely recommend this class for anyone who is interested!
