    Andre is a talented, kind, and energetic instructor. It's hard to find a class where the instructor is interested in who you are and how you show up. He cares about precision and gently recommends adjustments so we're working the right muscle groups and not causing injury. Most of all, his classes are fun and you get a great workout. Andre is the best!

    This class was so much fun and had my legs screaming! Music was great! The instructor (can’t remember her name) was absolutely amazing. She took the time to explain how to properly use the machine and what my form should look like. She was motivating and encouraging. After class she followed up with me and asked for feedback on the class which was a first for me. I absolutely will be returning.

    That was an amazing Barre class, I'm sore in places I didn't know existed! The instructor was incredibly knowledgeable, precise, and fun. The 45-minute class was the perfect amount of time for an early afternoon class. I love that ended exactly at 11:45 so we could all get to our next commitment on time. I will absolutely be back for more!
