She kept a good balance of silence and space and words to reflect on. I appreciated her adjustments and attention to all the students. And the community feels so supportive and encouraging! If I wasn’t so darn far this would be my studio for sure. When I make it out to the city I will definitely make time to take a class here!

see all reviewsChristina has a great attitude. I don’t understand what the purpose of the assist cards was if the instructor is not going to make any adjustments if you have yours flipped to “I am open to adjustments.” I liked her sayings and felt like she had a good spirit, had been leading yoga for a while. I also thought the 45 min class was the perfect length.

see all reviewsGena is a very grounded gentle instructor. We also had an assistant for this class and at the beginning they asked if folks were ok with being touched / have their posture adjusted. I liked the flow of the class and Gena would offer modifications for certain poses so I did what was comfortable for my body. They provide blocks and blankets. You have to bring your own mat (maybe there’s one to rent but I didn’t check) and I’d recommend bringing a towel cause my mat was getting slippery from sweat. The room is heated to about 80-85 degrees which didn’t feel too hot but does get your warm for the practice and during as well.

see all reviewsI absolutely loved this class! I am a beginner so I don’t have much to compare the class to. I did choose the earliest class with Mary and she was so welcoming and helpful. As I am a beginner I did struggle quite a bit but she made me feel confident throughout the class assisting me with my postures. The temperature of the room was amazing as it wasn’t too hot where I was concerned of any sort of problems which I really enjoyed. The staff were also very kind and helpful. Overall for it being my first yoga class I really enjoyed it I would definitely recommend this class for anyone who is interested!

I feel like I got all of the benefits of 26&2 without the class feeling rushed. Along with that, the class gives you ample time to set up postures and do strengthening exercises in between. It’s really a total workout. The studio is clean and nicely designed. Great showers, soap, and you get a locker as well. This studio is a gem, I’ll be coming back for sure

see all reviewsI recently attended a Yoga 101 class, and it was an incredible experience. I’ve taken a few yoga classes before, but they mostly focused on performing poses. This class, however, was entirely different. The instructor, who is a very knowledgeable and skilled teacher, shared a wealth of yoga insights with us. She taught us how to systematically practice breathing techniques and adapt our bodies to the movements. I learned so much about yoga in this session and finally understood how to truly control my body through breathwork and posture. She was also extremely patient and attentive, taking the time to guide each student individually. I highly recommend this class to anyone looking to deepen their understanding of yoga.
