Wouldn’t recommend if you never have been to a fitness class before or are not familiar with many exercise because the instructor doesn’t explain the movements in depth and just leaves it up to you.

She is so encouraging throughout class and even does the workout alongside the group. I always leave the studio feeling appreciation for my body and all that it does for me, which is something she will often say during the cool down. Her classes are a great way to start the day feeling strong, capable and refreshed!

I also really appreciate that we didn't take very frequent or long breaks for demos because we were able to maintain some momentum and get good at each set before moving onto another.
