The owner Mink is such a kind and friendly person and he is genuinely interested in his clients. It was so dynamic and it actually felt like having a great work out. But most importantly, Elisavet, the instructor, made the experience so unique! She was explaining every exercise clearly, passing on an amazing vibe while inspiring us to push it to our limits. She was so focused, paid attention to every single person in the room, giving personalised instructions and corrections. Also all the exercises she did were so well connected between each other, felling like a perfect, challenging Pilates flow! So happy I finally found a class with an instructor that is worth paying for! I will definitely book her class again and again.

Nice format: circuits with power/strength exercises, 40 seconds on, 20 seconds to move to the next station. Followed by AMRAP in 12 minutes with box steps, dumb bell push presses, kettlebell high pulls and plank pull unders. Bodil explains the exercises well and makes sure that the group stays on track, but she paid little attention to individuals.
