It was super distracting & had a negative impact on my ride today. 2 riders have been talking to each other 45 min long. Back row I think numbers 48-49. After class didn’t see them to mention this to them. Maybe teachers van highlight this beginning/ during the classes.

see all reviewsThis is the best gym I’ve been to in Amsterdam so far. It’s super spacious, has loads of equipment, and even has a screen that counts your reps for you. The staff are incredibly friendly, and even the people working out were really nice. It’s got a proper local vibe, and it felt so cosy—I absolutely loved it.

Intense format: 48 minutes straight with very little rest. 4 times 12 minutes, starting with 5 min interval cardio (rowing, cycling, sprinting) followed by 7 minutes weighted work. Eduard is a great trainer , very enthousiastic and really coaching and pushing. Mostly women attending.
