She is excellent at explaining different ways to improve your technique in the gym. I’ve dipped my toes in yoga before, and I always felt like I had to force myself to enjoy it, and was so hard on myself for not loving the other places I’ve tried. The space at Zenly is truly something so magical!!! I brought my partner with me to this evenings slow flow heated low sensory session and we both left feeling absolutely blissed out and floating on air! I’ve struggled with back issues for a while and have been avoiding exercise out of fear of my chronic pain returning, but this heated slow flow class is exactly what my body has been calling for. I understand now why other yoga places never really ‘clicked’ for me before until this class. This beautifully led class took me completely out of my head and into my body so gently and then all at once! The space is so welcoming, sensory HEAVEN on earth, and I never feel judged or ashamed or feel like I need to ‘keep up’ or overwhelm myself with trying to get into poses. And just like that, I was able to freely move and liberate my body and joints from all the tension and pain I was holding onto. My anxiety just switched off, and the volume of my thoughts were on mute. Suhaniya’s voice will lull you into the safest of spaces, where you even surprise yourself by what you’re able to do when you just truly surrender and let things flow and the mind follows by quietening down. Thank you so so much for sharing your stunning energy with us. I feel absolutely incredible, the release is real. I highly recommend this practise to anyone and everyone regardless of experience level. Your mind, body, and soul will be forever grateful for it. Thank you beautiful Suhaniya, I look forward to seeing you again :)

The instructor was friendly and professional and the poses were a great long lasting stretch leaving me feeling light as I walked out of class!
